Probably the best part of Leonardo's program is when the hotel hosts the photography and cooking schools simultaneously. This gives the cooking school students the opportunity to prepare not only their own meals, but those for the artists and photographers, too.
I've never worked in the food-service industry myself, but I love to cook and regard the culinary arts with a certain sense of adventure. I was fascinated by the layout of the kitchen, obviously designed for smooth workflow. I've always wondered how a chef can prepare multiple dishes coming in at different times, cooking all to perfection.
